The College has well equipped laboratories with fully trained staff to guide the students in practical work. 7 laboratories for the D.Pharm students have been developed in the institute.

PHARMACOLOGY AND HAP LAB

Department laboratories are well equipped with facilities like Sherington rotating drums and students organ bath for bioassay studies, actophotometer, analgesiometer, convulsometer, cooks pole climbing app., and telethermometer for demonstration based experiments, anatomical charts are among the many resources.

In Human Anatomy and Physiology (HAP) Lab, anatomical diagrams of important organs are displayed to facilitate the importance of experimental pharmacology. Anatomical models of different organs are also present in the laboratory for proper study of the organ.

ANIMAL HOUSE

The institute is having a modern animal house on two floors, with separate forgery, wash area, store for animal food, cages for rats, mice, rabbits and guinea pigs, racks for cages and trolleys etc. has been in function. It has been air-conditioned for better upkeep and care of lab animals. The animal house has been duly approved by the Institutional Animal Ethics Committee (IAEC).

PHARMACOGNOSY LAB

During the studies in Pharmacognosy lab, students learn about the medicinal plants and have to perform theoretical and experimental studies on the basis of scientific principals.

MEDICINAL GARDEN

The College Campus has a beautiful medicinal plant garden containing varieties of life saving drugs such as clove, chiraita, Datura Herb, Digitalis, Peppermint, sandalwood, vine shilajeet, Turmeric, Neem, Coconut, Pineapple, olive Mentha etc.

The synthesis of compounds, its re-crystallization (purification), its identification and analysis is done in Pharmaceutical chemistry lab.

BIO-CHEMISTRY AND CLINICAL PATHOLOGY LAB

Identification test for protein, carbohydrates, fats, lipids and Pathological studies of blood and urine is carried out in biochemistry and clinical pathology.
