Brief discussion of said programmes has to enlighten below whichever was organized at our institute. Various guest lectures has been organized at our institute in various topics related to Pharmacy including recent advances one of these are summarized in the section.

  1. Prof. R.K. Maheshwari, Prof, Dept of Pharmacy, SGSITS College, Indore (M.P.). He delivered lecture on hydrotrophy, co-solvency and mixed solvency. The discussed topic is very useful and beneficial to our PG students in their research work as well as to UG students for mind development in recent advances and possibilities regarding same.

  1. Niraj Gupta, Manager, Prof Tech., given lecture on personality development and effective management system. Conflict is a very natural phenomenon is most human relationships. Conflict management ability is an extremely valuable possession when it comes to having great interpersonal skills. And it is indeed something that can be learned and mastered. This article deals with various styles of conflict management, when to use each one and how to use it. Each style has its merits and each is suited to a different situation. If you are currently experiencing any sort of conflict in your work/family/social relationships, you would find a method here that can be effectively used in your particular case. It will also act as a guidepost in any future conflict situation that you may come across. There are 5 main Conflict Resolution styles, each suited to a different scenario. Some of you may be used to predominantly using only one of these styles for all your conflict situations - which means you are not getting optimal results out of every situation. Once you master which style is suited to which situation and how you can apply it, it will greatly benefit your relationships. Please read through the descriptions for all the styles before you arrive at a conclusion as to which one suits your situation the best. The 5 conflict resolution styles are: Competing, Accommodating, Avoiding, Collaborating and Compromising.

  1. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Controller, Petroleum & Explosive Control Organization (Govt. of India), gave lession about Team work to all Pharmacy students and Pharmacist

  1. Industrial training: B.Pharm Final year students are sent for 1 month industrial training in reputed Pharmaceutical industrial like Ranbaxy Laboratories, Cipla Pharma Ltd., Aventis Pharma Ltd., Nicholas Piramal Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Cadila Pharma Ltd and so on since last two years. The students work there under expert supervision of industry employee.

  1. Dr. Subhash Pandey, GM, Glenmark, given lesion about recent scenario of Indian Pharmaceutical industries, and large scale manufacturing. The lesion is attended by PG students as well as faculty members.
