Dr.P.M. Bhandari,, Director, TIT, obtained M.Tech. in Thermal Engineering and Ph.D. in the area of Air Conditioning. He is an eminent educationist and researcher in technical education. He is having 40 years of Teaching / Administrative experience. His numerous research papers have been published in national as well as in international journals, seminars and symposia. He has guided 15 M. Tech. and PhD thesis. Besides educational and research landmarks, he is also a dynamic administrator. He has been chairman for faculty selection committee at various Institutions. He was member of AICTE Vigilance committee and chairman of AICTE approval committee. He was a member of NBA Accreditation committee. He is life member of ISTE and Institution of Engineers. His contribution in the field of academic and administration is distinguished and he has played a very major role in the monumental development of the Institute. He is strict discipliner and devoted to the growth of Institute.
