    Department of Computer Application

     

    The Department of Computer Applications offers post graduate course with intake of 60 in each year. The Department has its own independent computer labs equipped with high configuration machines, latest software, internet which fulfill the industrial need of the student and help to upgrade the knowledge of teachers. A library is enriched with sufficient number of books and titles.
    Most of the faculty members in the department are MCA and Ph.D. and some of them are pursuing Ph.D. Research papers in various fields are regularly published by the faculty members. Faculties have a good knowledge for the guidance of the post graduate students in their project work. They excel in their field and provide a strong knowledge base to the students.

     


    Laboratories in Computer Applications Department

    To impart in-depth knowledge of the subject, laboratories for all practical subjects have been established, wherein students get hands on approach for implementing programs in Object Oriented Technologies, Analysis and Design of Algorithms, Data Structures, AI techniques The lab is equiped with 60 Computers each with latest specifications.

     

    Students Working in the laboratory for creating database applications. Laboratory is equipped with 60 Core 2Duo, 2.8 GHz, HP machines with windows XP and C,C++, J2SDK 1.6, Microsoft Visual STudio, Oracle and SQL Server 2005. All the computers are connected to internet.



    Cultural events are organized in the department every year to encourage students for extra curricular and cultural envents.
